Shipping & Return Policies

Well, hello there! We're thrilled to have you here. We know how exciting it is to order something new for your home and want to be as clear as possible with our shipping and return policies which we have outlined below.

GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 US states. Shipping times may vary for each product category, and specific information can be found on individual product pages.

SHIPPING BY PRODUCT CATEGORY

Accessories / Pillows / Textiles

Most items in these categories are stocked in our local warehouse and will typically ship 1-3 days after you place your order. Please refer to each product's page for specific shipping times. 

Art

All artwork is made to order and usually ships within 3-5 weeks from the date of your order. Allow an additional 7-10 business days from the shipment date for delivery. Please note that all artwork sales are final.

Rugs

Rugs generally ship within 2-3 weeks from the order date. Allow 7-10 business days between the shipment date and delivery. Backorder dates are subject to change.

Furniture

In-stock furniture typically ships within 3-5 weeks from the order date. Custom furniture pieces may require 10-12 weeks for delivery. Allow approximately 2 weeks from the shipment date for delivery. Product-specific shipping dates can be found on each product page. Backorder dates are subject to change. Please note that all furniture items are final sale, and we cannot cancel any items in production or queued for shipment.

Large/Oversized Items

All furniture items and larger products are shipped through a third-party carrier. An additional handling fee will be automatically added to your cart during the checkout process to cover the oversized shipment. Delivery will be made to your porch, garage, or driveway, as the carriers are unable to enter your home, use stairs, or elevators. In certain cases, customers may need to make special arrangements for freight delivery to apartment units. Upon delivery, a thorough inspection for damage and a signature will be required. If assistance is needed to bring the shipment inside, please arrange for help. Please note that white glove delivery can be arranged upon request by emailing: shoppe@linden-creek.com. All furniture items are final sale.

Oversized/Fragile Deliveries

It is essential to thoroughly inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and note any damage or defects on the paperwork before signing. After unwrapping the item, carefully examine it for any damage or quality issues and document them with photos/videos. Make sure to report any concerns within 48 hours to shoppe@linden-creek.com, allowing us to file a claim on your behalf. Moreover, please ensure that The Linden Creek Shoppe has the correct ship-to address to avoid a Freight Reconsignment Fee in the event of a change of address after the delivery is en route.

Backordered Items

Backorder dates are subject to change, and we strive to update them frequently on our site as we receive information from manufacturers. If there are any changes to the items in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You have 48 hours to cancel a backordered item without any charge. After 48 hours, cancellations for backordered items will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Please note that we cannot cancel any items currently in production or queued for shipment.

COVID-19

Due to the impact of Covid-19 on the shipping industry, there may be delays in the delivery of certain items. Local accessories and pillows should ship within the posted timeframes on their respective product pages. However, items such as furniture, art, rugs, and lighting that ship from other locations may experience delays. While we strive to provide accurate shipping expectations, please note that shipping timelines may be beyond our control. In case of any changes to your order's shipment status, we will promptly communicate them to you.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If your product arrives damaged, we are happy to replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a damage claim. To process the claim, we will provide a return label, so please retain the packaging. If the damaged item is not eligible for replacement, you will receive a refund for the total value of the item.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are automatically sent to our fulfillment centers for processing.

RETURNS

We have great confidence in our products and gladly accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. Your refund will be the total order value minus shipping and handling charges, as shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. To initiate the return process, please contact us.

Furniture

All furniture sales are final. If you encounter any issues with a damaged item, please contact us promptly for a replacement.

Artwork

All artwork is made to order, and all sales are final.

Rugs

Returns for rugs will incur an additional 15% restocking fee. Rugs must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Rug swatches and rug pads are final sale and cannot be returned.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We honor price adjustments up to 1 week after an order is placed.
